Tastes of the Mediterranean
Mediterranean food is healthy, nutritious, colourful and an exciting combination of flavours and spices form the many different cultures bordering the Mediterranean coastline. On this course we take a trip around the countries of the Mediterranean, exploring as many different flavours as we can, preparing recipes from Spain, Greece, France, Morocco, Portugal and Italy. The course includes the preparation of tapas, mains and desserts, and a full sit-down meal at the end to experience the spectacular variety this region offers.
