Superyacht Dinner – January/February

Time: 6:30 onward

Dress: Casual

Cost: R320 per person.  This excludes wines. You are welcome to bring beverages of your choice.

Bookings: We have allocated space for 18 people for this special event, on a first booking basis.  Please book soon to secure your space. You are welcome to invite a party if you wish.

Venue: Stir Crazy Cooking School, 3 Woodcutters Grove Estate, Peterhof Rd, Hout Bay.


Product Description

Each month we train students up to become Galley Chefs on Superyachts.  The training lasts a week and the chefs run through a rigorous programme to get them up to speed to serve on yachts that expect the best cuisine available for each meal.  At the end of the course, we host a gala dinner to show off their skills and and to celebrate the end of the Superyacht Culinary training course. 

The dinner is hosted at the Stir crazy cooking school, and students assisting Brett as sous chefs in the kitchen in preparing a delicious dinner. You are invited to this exclusive evening.
