This course focuses on the preparation and variations of healthy, balanced low carb and plant-based meals for every day consumption.  Each person has a its own metabolism, body structure and nutritional needs and when we start listening to our bodies, we start realising what our bodies needs are. Each person has different needs and we try and address all options for balanced eating.

During this course we provide new inspiration as well as ideas for preparing your own easy-to-make meals at home, removing the challenges of combining various new ingredients to create a balanced meal. Recipes include low carb, plant-based, vegetarian and vegan recipes. During this course we provide the basics nutritional meals using a number of tried and testing recipes, as well as solutions for interesting flavour combinations
